2020年7月21日　5時20分頃に草加駅上りホームにおいて、体調不良で倒れたお客様に、ホームに居合わせた方々が手当を行ってくださいました。

おかげさまで、お客様は早期の対応により、体調も回復にむかわれており、ご協力賜りました方々に心から感謝申し上げます。
